Salmon pasta

SALMON PASTA

One of my favorite recipes is pasta with salmon, a typical Italian dish that is easy to prepare.

We need:

- pasta (my favourite is “farfalle”, “butterflies”);

- salmon;

- cream.


First we put a pot on a stove with water and wait for it to boil. In the meantime, let's prepare the salmon: it must be cut into strips and placed in a pan to cook it in such a way as not to remain raw. At this point, the water will have come to a boil, so add salt and cook the "farfalle", typical of pasta with salmon, for the time indicated on the package. In the meantime, pour the cream into the pan with the salmon, always with the heat off. When the farfalle are cooked, drain them and transfer them to the pan where the salmon was. Turn the pan back on which had previously been turned off and mix well to mix everything.
