PASTA AL SUGO (SEMPLICE)

Ingredients:

-half on onion;

-a pan;

-oil;

-plain tomato;

-salt;

-2 or 3 basil leaves or parsley;

-a pot whit water and salt;

-pasta;


To cook pasta with plain tomato you need first of all take half on onion , wash it and cut it into slices. Take a pan, a little oil and fry the onion until it turns golden. When it takes a golden appearance , pour the chopped tomato, add salt , a little oil and two or three basil leaves or the parsley chopped and mix occasionally. Meanwhile the plain tomato is cooking , take a pot with water and salt and let it boil. When it boils, pour the pasta into the pan and wait about eleven minutes . When the pasta is ready , drain it and pour it into the plain tomato , mix and serve and the pasta with plain tomato is ready!
