Muffins made of bananas and oatmeal with an addition of your choice

Ingredients

3 large ripe bananas
2 large eggs 
180 g oatmeal 
50 ml oil 
60 ml maple syrup 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1 teaspoon baking soda 
1 teaspoon baking powder 
1 teaspoon cinnamon 
¼ teaspoon salt


Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mash the bananas and make a puree. Put all the ingredients in a blender. Mix everything well for a minute or two until a smooth dough is formed. Pour the batter evenly into the muffin tin. The amount of muffins will depend on the size of the banana and the type of oats. The indicated amounts should be enough for 10 muffins. Bake them for about 25 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the muffin. Take them out of the mold and let them cool down a bit. Serve them warm with the addition of fresh fruit or dressing of your choice. You can put them in the freezer and thaw them again.
