Ingredients
- chickpeas (200-250 g)
- mustard
- salt
- garlic
- parsley
- vegetables of liking
Preparation
-Boil chickpeas and place them in water and put in the fridge overnight, then blend in a blender.
-Add mustard, salt,lukewarm water and vegetables to taste
- At the end, pounded garlic and parsley are added to taste
