Healthy shaorma

Ingredients:

-Cheese cream

-Red beans

-Cucumber

-Chickpeas

-Mozzarella

-Corn

-Red onion

-Pita

-Chicken

-Lemon

-Salad

-A little olive oil

-Mayonnaise+Ketchup: 1 x spoon

Method of preparation:

We will make two kinds of healthy shaorme.

For the first one, you will have to fry the chicken with a little olive oil for a few minutes, and let it cool.

In a bowl, mix the cooled chicken with the corn, beans, cream cheese, mozzarella and chopped salad.

For the second kind, in another bowl, mash the chickpeas with a spoon of mayonnaise and a spoon of ketchup until you get a paste. Then add the cucumber and onion.

In both cases, do not forget to add salt, pepper and other spices according to your taste. Roll the pitas with 2/3 spoons of the filling and fry them on each side for 2 minutes in the pan.

Put them on the plate and enjoy!
