Fitness tiramisu in glass


Ingredients:

  • 2 egg whites

  • 5 TS of honey

  • 100 g mascarpone

  • 250 g cottage cheese

  • 1 little cup of coffee espresso

  • ½ TS of cinnamon

  • 1 banana

  • 1 TS cocoa

  • 50 g sponge cake

Preparation:

1. Let´s start preparation with coffee, mix it with cinnamon and 1 tea spoon of honey. Put it aside.

2. Mix egg whites to rigid foam. Then mix another 2 tea spoons of honey and put it aside.

3. Then mix mascarpone with cottage cheese and with 2 tea spoons of honey.

4. Add the snow from mixed egg whites to mixed mascarpone with cheese . Mix it carefully till it is homogeneous mass.

5. Let´s start to fill a fitness tiramisu cup .You can fill your glass with the sponge cake, banana and with our prepared mass. Cover it with the mixture of coffee and cinnamon.
