Oatmeal dough and vegetable filling - sounds delicious? It's real! You can put whatever vegetables are in season in the filling: for example, zucchini, spinach or peppers and tomatoes .

INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH
Complex carbohydrates: 250g of small oatmeal
Proteins: 2 eggs
Unsaturated fats:1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 3 tablespoons of olive oil
And more: 1 dcl of cold water
On the tip of the knife baking powder. Salt on the tip of the knife.
Preparation of the dough :
Mix everything and leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour. During this time, prepare the filling.

Vegetables:red onion,seasonal vegetables (zucchini/spinach/pepper, tomato...)
Proteins: 2 eggs
Saturated fats: 1 sour cream, 100 g of mozzarella
Preparation of the filling :
Stew the vegetables on the onion until the water evaporates. Beat eggs and sour cream, add grated mozzarella and mix everything with stewed vegetables.
In the end: Press the dough into the mold and spread the filling on it. Bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Make sure it's done with a toothpick. Serve warm or cold.
