Salad with boiled eggs and tuna

INGREDIENTS: Proteins: eggs, canned tuna Vegetables: radicchio, endive, tomato Unsaturated fats: pumpkin oil, pumpkin seeds

Spices: salt, chilli

PREPARATION: Cool the eggs before adding them to the salad. Fry the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan for a better taste.
