Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups of flour
- 3 cups of corn flour
- 3 cups of milk
- 3 cups of oil
- 1 pastry
Preparation
Beat the eggs with a fork or hand whisk and add all the other ingredients. Then grate cheese, add spinach and beat it well with a fork and put it to bake in pan no. 30
(You can add some spinach, grated carrots, chopped olives and chopped leeks, if desired).
Proja can also be made lean without eggs, milk and cheese, instead of milk put sour water.
