Integral crackers



Ideal for a breakfast snack - integral crackers with avocado spread.

Unsaturated fats: 1 cup of seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, flax...) , 60 ml of olive oil Complex carbohydrates: 120g of wholemeal flour ,20g of oatmeal

Other:120 ml of water,1.5 teaspoons of salt

You can add more spices if you want a spicier taste. For example chili powder, pepper, etc. Preparation:

Mix everything with a food processor and knead, then roll out thinly between two pieces of baking paper. Then peel off the top paper, cut with a knife into the desired shapes (squares and then triangles) and transfer to the pan. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until they turn brown. Serve with avocado spread .
