This is a real autumn and creamy recipe, made from butternut squash. Pumpkin contains only 26 calories in 100 grams. It gives the risotto a particularly creamy texture.
Ingredients:
Complex carbohydrates: butternut squash - half medium size,
frozen peas and carrots - one package
preboiled long grain rice
1 small red onion
Proteins:700 g of pork leg
Saturated fats: spoon of lard O
ther: salt, pepper ,ground sweet red pepper , turmeric
Preparation:
Fry the onion in fat, add ground pepper and fry a little more. Then add the meat, season, cover with water and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes to an hour. Then add the rice that you previously washed and the vegetables. Stew for another 15-20 minutes and add water if necessary. Bon apetite!
